Steve is so wonderful! He quite literally saved our booties! We are completely new to using a travel camper and used regular fluffy tp in our toilet. BIG no no. My husband tried for nearly 3 days to fix the clog and Steve fixed it like a PRO! He was kind, patient (we have 3 dogs and 1 is a crazy obnoxious barker, which we’re in their kennel), knowledgeable, and informative (he happily shared his knowledge). If you have any RV or Travel Trailer/camper issues, please give him a call. You will NOT be disappointed! Oh, and his prices aren’t assstronaumical. STEVE IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!

Steve and Brian were great! Got out to me within a few hours and diagnosed my furnace. Took everything apart and tested each component individually to confirm. Recommended the part and was even straight forward enough to tell me that it’d be a lot less time (and money) if I go by the part and diy it. Even took the time to show me how to do it before he left. Sure enough, I was able to get the part (instead of him ordering it) and put it in (harder than expected but doable). These guys saved me and my family from a very cold week on our travels. Can’t recommend enough.

Professional and Friendly Service for my AC repair. Responded next day after my initial contact. Even though problem was not repeating, Steve inspected the unit and identified and corrected 2 “from the factory” issues that had caused the intermittent operation. Fair charges as well. Will definitely use again if service is needed.

Our service tech was awesome. He was willing to do anything we needed with no problems. He replaced our bad tire with our spare and swapped places with another tire that was wearing funny too. All work was completed in less than 30 minutes. He saved us!
